Simco-Ion, Technology is pleased to announce Melissa Duffy has joined the Simco-Ion Technology Group global sales and marketing team as the new Global Sales Service Manager. Melissa is responsible for global sales operations and customer services for all market segments and products. Her start date was February 2, 2022.

Melissa brings over 15 years of experience in electronic products and distribution, managing sales operations, inside sales, customer service, warehousing, and logistics.
Previously with Corsair, a US-headquartered, $1.7B gaming hardware and electronics company. Melissa spearheaded and led multiple growth strategic initiatives to expand Corsairs’ sales, customer services, distribution, and warehousing footprint into Europe and Asia to expand product sales and customer support worldwide.

Melissa has already kicked off multiple strategic sales service initiatives to include deployment of Salesforce.com CRM worldwide, new sales services management reports, an assessment of sales and customer service operations, reviews of strategic customer engagement protocols, and supporting a cross-functional team for product backlog and lead time improvement.
