Advanced ESD Protection Ionization

Simco-Ion’s Micro Series™ ESD ionizers and advanced monitoring technologies help the semiconductor backend of chip manufacturing by neutralizing static charges on the surface and surrounding equipment. This helps to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) events, which can damage or contaminate components, integrated circuits, and reticles during chip processing. Compact ionizers work by emitting a stream of ions, which are charged particles, into the air.


Model 4612 Mini Extreme Temperature System
