I am pleased to announce that Melissa Civitello will be assuming the role of Senior Global Sales Services Manager, effective immediately.  Melissa brings more than 20 years of Sales, Operations, and Customer Service leadership experience to the position, which will allow her to execute at the highest level and realign our Customer Service Organizations into a single entity.  In this newly structured organization, Melissa will continue to report directly to me as Senior Global Director of Sales and Marketing on the Technology Group, with a dotted line to Dan Miller, Director of Sales, Americas over the Industrial Group.

Melissa joined the Simco-Ion Technology Group in 2022 and over the past year as the Customer Service Manager has executed on improving systems, processes, and efficiencies.   She has been integral in designing and leading the effort to implement Salesforce for the Technology Group.  Melissa lives in California and will continue to be based primarily out of the Alameda office with regular travel to Hatfield, Pennsylvania.
