Alameda, CA (July 2016):  Simco-Ion, Technology Group is pleased to announce that Trevor Norman will be joining the ITW Electrostatics Division in the role as Sr. Director of Business Development for the Simco-Ion Technology Group. This is the position previously held by David Feindel.  Trevor has over 25 years of experience managing sales programs in the semiconductor and related industries.  

Most recently he was employed by Oerlikon Systems as VP of Global Sales.   Oerlikon Systems is a Swiss based manufacturer of equipment for providing thin film coatings using a variety of PVD technologies.  Trevor sold this equipment into a range of markets including those for semi-conductor, advanced packaging, flat panel display, Bi-polar power device and LED manufacturing.  Prior to his 10 years with Oerlikon, Trevor spent 5 years as the Global Sales Manager for Therma-Wave who manufactures metrology equipment for OCD applications.  Prior to Therma-Wave Trevor was VP of Sales and Marketing for Celerity which produces gas metering and filtration systems for the semi-conductor industry.  

In his prior sales positions, Trevor has worked extensively with networks of Channel Partners and Direct Sales managers in Asia, North America and Europe.   His first day with ITW was July 11, 2016.  Over the next 6 months Trevor will be in the field working with our sales managers to meet our customers and Channel Partners as he learns our business.
