The Qualification Reports below are on older products and may meet the product qualification reporting requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021. The testing was performed using methods similar to the those in ANSI/ESD STM3.1. The user of these documents should evaluate the reports and determine if additional internal testing is required to satisfy the certification body performing their S20.20 assessment.
