Simco-Ion's Model 4030 QuadBar Controller is a convenient solution for powering and monitoring multiple QuadBar installations. Four connection inputs accept up to four QuadBars on each line for a total capacity of 16 QuadBars. Two end-panel inputs accept up to two AeroBar Model 5685 ionizers for optional AeroBar ionization. Four alarm LEDs provide fast and easy identification of the alarming ionizer, reducing tool downtime.
Simco-Ion's Interface Module Model 5200-IM6T powers up to six devices, combining AeroBars and Sensors. It features an Ethernet port, an RS-232 port for communication with process equipment (your tool controller) or EFEM controllers, and an FMS (facility monitoring system) output port.
Simco-Ion's Controllers Model 5024/5084 provide power and control to Ceiling Emitter Model 5509 and Model 5285 AeroBars.

Emitter Controllers Model 5582/5522 for Ceiling Emitter 5515
Simco-Ion’s Controllers Model 5582/5522 power and communicate with Model 5515 Ceiling Emitters. The controller is able to “talk” with each emitter, allowing accurate and specific monitoring of emitter status. The two controller models enable the user to start with the Model 5522 controller capable of controlling a small system with 20 or fewer ceiling emitters and grow into a large system.
PulseFlow Controller for Ionizer IONforce
The PFC may be switched between pulse (1.0 Hz, 1.3 Hz, 2.2 Hz or 10 Hz) and steady state operating modes and provides independent control of positive and negative polarity. The controller’s design is user adjustable to both Pulse and Steady State DC operating modes. Controls are on the front panel for easy access and mounting. The PFC allows independent voltage level control and provides four different pulse rates.
Simco-Ion's visIONi™ Controller is a bipolar power supply specifically designed to control and power emitter systems for electrostatic charge control. The operational input voltage range is 85-265 Vac 47-440 Hz; it does not require any switch, jumper or tap changes. The design is electronically current regulated.
