The performance test reports below meet the Product Qualification reporting requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021. The testing was performed to the latest version of ANSI/ESD STM3.1. The additional reports that indicate they were tested to a modified test method were done per an internal Simco-Ion test method that shows better coverage by smaller in-tool blower systems. This method is expected to be adopted by the ESD Association and incorporated into ANSI/ESD STM3.1 in the future.
